How does the Prelist/ TRR process work?
The process is simple. In the event you are looking to list a property or are currently under contract and are in need of repairs contact us. Based on the scope of the work we can typically get estimates back with 1 business day. If homeowner agrees to move forward, work is started immediately.
Who is eligible to receive service?
Anyone is eligible to receive service as long as the home is under contract, the TR&R is signed, and there is equity in the property. Our decision is never based on credit score or income.
What if I don’t have a contract on my property but I know it will need work?
At this time we only provide repair/replace services for properties under contract. If your property will require repairs in order to sell we can bid the job in advance and you or your realtor can advertise that “the repairs will be completed with an acceptable or full price offer”. Once you have a contract call us back and we’ll be happy to complete the work outlined in the TR&R.
What if I have a deal that recently fell apart because of inspection /TRR?
Call us today. You may be able to Revi the dead deal and get the property sold to the previously interest buyer(s).
What type of repairs can you handle?
We can do it all from foundation to roof and anything in between. No job is too big or small
Do you help For Sale By Owner?
Of course we do. Anyone can have their deal Revi-ed.
How fast can TRR work be completed?
This depends on the scope of work. Our goal is to get all repairs completed prior to contracted closing. If we notice this will be an issue we will let you know, well in advance of closing, so that both buyer and seller can make proper arrangements; which may include delaying closing or finishing the work after the closing has happened.
How fast can repair/ maintenance work be completed?
We work to get our clients taken care of ASAP. If you are agreeable on price and material is available in many cases we can perform the work same day.
